ChevronCome join LEAP members and non-members for a one-day LEAP Demurrage Workshop on March 5, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. This session will focus on refining LEAP’s on-going work on the Public Dock Clause (announced in November) and provide opportunity for feedback–even those who have not yet been involved.

  • Presentation from the core Demurrage Working Group about LEAP’s tentative proposal of a standardized understanding of the Public Dock Clause, with interactive discussions among the working group members and other market participants attending the Workshop
  • Case studies and presentations regarding the latest developments around automation to support the demurrage calculation, negotiation and settlement processes
  • Networking opportunities throughout the day, including evening reception/networking event (location to be determined)
